Travelling with Beth in Vienna

I don’t know where Noor was when I took this. Actually, I found it in a pile of photos that I’d not organized. It was taken in Vienna, Austria, on our last visit. Austria has amazing weather in the spring. Warm and mild, but not hot. It was nice to be there and not have to slum it. For us, returning there together after a couple of years, it was like coming home, but in a bit more style than when we were almost living rough there.

I have no idea who this person is… or who took this picture, but it was on my camera… so there it is.

You see these guys a lot… some friendly, some surly, coming out of the hills for whatever reason. Not like bums or street people. They have their own purpose… I just don’t know what it is.

I just saw this in a window… and clicked. More from Avignon, France. It is untouched in photoshop except for doing auto-levels and an unsharpmask. More images on my pixies page

That man beats me for cleavage… and he has a belly button that only a whale could love. But he’s cute as a button… Taken off the Cote d’Azure, Provence, France…

gandhi pants

This guy wears what I call gandhi pants. Can’t remember who coined the phrase though. Those baggy drawers that suggest massive, yet somehow absent, plumbing. Someone was commenting on my sexual orientation as predicated by the fact that I post pictures of women all the time. Aside from the fact that that’s not true numerically, it is obvious that I’m interested in interesting images in which I find beauty… and beauty is found in strange places.
Chill’n

Sometimes you just have to chill in the tub. You know what I mean? Europe is burning again. It seems to do that from time to time. Especially in the summer. France, Provence anyway, is hot and sweet. Floods in Romania. Fires in the north. What can you do, but chill in the tub.
